These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ComicForge iOS application ("the app"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
ComicForge lets you create AI-generated comics from articles and ideas you provide. You may use the app only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.
You retain ownership of the text and ideas you submit and, to the extent permitted by law, of the comics you generate. You are responsible for the content you submit and must have the rights to use it. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.
Comics, characters, storyboards, and images are produced by automated AI systems. Output may be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to results generated for other users. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, originality, or suitability of generated output for any purpose.
Certain features consume credits and may require an in-app purchase or subscription. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms. Credits are consumed when you submit a generation request and are refunded if the request fails. Except as required by law or Apple's policies, purchases are non-refundable.
The app, its design, and its underlying software are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the app.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
